Delivery Prices and Period:
We would like to inform you about the delivery policies and terms applicable to purchases made from "Gepa" LTD:
The standard delivery period is 1-3 working days. Items ordered in Batumi before 15:00 will be delivered on the same day. In regions, the delivery period is 2-3 working days.
In the event of non-delivery within the set period, the customer has the right to define an additional period for "Gepa" LTD. After the expiration of the additional term, you may refuse the contract and demand compensation for damages if the obligation is not fulfilled. If the goods are not delivered to the customer because they are not available, "Gepa" LTD is obliged to immediately inform the customer about this.
You have the right not to accept shipments with damaged packaging from the transport company. Immediate notification to "Gepa" LTD is required in such cases.
Delivery is free in Batumi. Delivery prices to regions depend on weight and location.
Costumer have to inform "Gepa" LTD about any adverse circumstances resulting from the shipment, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision on the problem.
"Gepa" LTD holds responsibility for any kind of damage incurred during the delivery process.
